Practical Buddhism Teachings While we often think of Buddhism as a way to learn about meditation, there are also helpful practical tips for dealing with daily life throughout the Pali suttas. Join us for the PMC's Practical Buddhism series that will apply these teachings to aspects of our daily life. There are four separate sessions and each session will go from 8 PM to 9 PM EST. They will each consist of a 15 minute meditation followed by a 30-45 minute discussion of the topic. If interested, please register via Eventbrite (you will need to register for each session using the link next to the session; due to staffing limitations, attendees should register using Eventbrite only--we cannot register attendees by personal email requests): 2/4: Strategies for Managing Anxiety.
