Ngondro (Part 1)

Venerable Losang Samten, the founder and spiritual director of the Chenrezig Tibetan Buddhist Center will be teaching on Ngondro in two sessions:

November 9, 2024 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm - Part 1 REGISTER

November 23, 2024 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm - Part 2  REGISTER

Ngondro is the foundational practice common of all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Each of the schools have variations on the presentation.  Although referred to as a preliminary practice, the practice of Ngöndro is a complete spiritual practice that can take the practitioner to full enlightenment.
