Sunday Morning Sangha (Meditation Practice)
Our Sunday Morning meditation practice is our most popular offering. Beginning at 9:30 am until 11:30am. Led by Ven. Losang Samten, or by one of our senior teaching students or invited guest teachers, mantra meditation, shamatha (calm abiding) meditation, Dzogchen, Vajrayana guided meditations, and traditional Buddhist prayers typically comprise the first hour of our Sunday mornings - always a little different each week.
