Online Dharma Class with Jeff Carr

4:00pm - 5:30pm

Saturday, February 24th at 4 to 5.30 p.m. (east coast time)

The Four Reminders that Turn the Heart to Dharma are a set of traditional contemplations from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.  They are designed to help us overcome the pride, arrogance, delusion, greed and anger that keep us spellbound in our problems and misunderstandings, and prevent us from fully experiencing our innate capacity for wisdom, compassion and happiness.

This 90-minute online class will consist of teaching, discussion and guided meditation.  The class will use the online program Zoom, which is easy to use.  Class participants will be given full instructions on how to download and use Zoom.

This class is free and suitable for all levels.

Please email for pre-registration.
